About Larry Sylvester

Larry Sylvester is an emerging gospel artist whose music is driven by faith, purpose, and personal transformation. Originally from Florida, with Haitian and American roots, Larry brings a deeply authentic and inspiring voice to the gospel music space, one shaped by real-life experiences, spiritual growth, and a powerful connection to God.

Raised in Jupiter, Florida, Larry discovered his passion for music at a young age. What began as singing for fun eventually turned into a calling when his mother encouraged him to join the church choir after hearing his voice. From that moment, music became more than just a talent, it became a spiritual outlet. Though he carried this passion throughout his life, it wasn’t until later in adulthood that Larry fully embraced his purpose, stepping into his identity as an artist with a mission to uplift and inspire.

Now based in West Palm Beach and a proud father of six, Larry’s journey is one of resilience and redemption. Having overcome personal struggles and past addictions, he found healing through Christ, and today, he channels that testimony into his music. His goal is to reach as many souls as possible, using his voice to spread hope, faith, and encouragement to listeners around the world.

Making a powerful introduction to the music scene, Larry Sylvester’s debut single, “Ooh I Got the Lord on My Side,” perfectly reflects his message and artistry.
